A collection of utilities for performing higher-level, but still generic processes in Synthesis. An example are my QuestsAreInSkyrimPatcher and SRC-ERSPatcher, which both perform the same underlying logic of forwarding conditions on quest aliases. The bulk of that logic now lives in the QuestAliasConditionUtil class in this library so it can be reused by others.
