[BUG] Light theme colors are washed out

Describe the bug

Not exactly a bug, but definitely an improvement that needs to be worked. The color light color palette is terrible, not nearly enough contrast between elements and it just looks washed out overall. I think the dark theme is also lacking in contrast in some locations, as well.

I'd appreciate feedback and/or suggestions from anyone with a better eye for this or more experience with color theory. I'm not a designer, just a picky user 😄

I feel that there should be work on contrasts both in dark and light mode. Even after #v0.0.7 . I'll try and look at it after I make my comments on the improvements on the comic and manga reader.
