Updated to V3.0

Due to conflicts, had to manually resolve conflicts and cherry pick changes to keep from V2.0 which was what my fork was on with custom changes.

• Moved my summarized README.md to TLDR.md
• Switched to using GitHub Actions artifact flow
• Updated my instructions to use GitHub Actions, etc.
• Remapped keys
• Created branch backup to retain old state just in case
