Honeybadger errors that state "load failed" or "network error" have been occurring at various times:

This looks to me like our sso is getting in the way:

I've been able to reproduce this by going to searchworks, deleting all cookies and then clicking the login link in the header. There is nothing that appears to be amiss to the user.
