Recently,
ectomade some breaking changes with3.12.0andscrivener_ectowas updated accordingly (see here). Thescrivener_ectopackage was also bumped up to a new major version3.0, though it's a backwards-compatible change with respect toscrivener_list(see the diff here). In other words, it is safe for this package to now supportscrivener_ectoat~> 1.0 or ~> 2.0 or ~> 3.0, which is what this PR does.
