  • swc_core::plugin::errors::HANDLER should be used instead of swc_common::errors::handler::HANDLER.

**Description:**

- `swc_common::errors::handler::HANDLER` should be used, and `swc_core::plugin::errors::HANDLER` is now a simple alias.
