This PR also simplifies the parameters for
ya pub:Now you can omit the body, meaning an empty body is allowed. This allows:

Note: To achieve this, the receiver has been removed from the
ya pubcommand, and a newya pub-to <receiver> <kind>has been added.This is a breaking change in Yazi v0.3.
