Overall statistics panel

Hello everyone,

I regularly get asked for overall, general stats concerning Sympa. We currently have some, not hugely insightful, stats per list. Trouble is, we have thousands of lists, But a page which summarises for example total number of email sent to/from our sympa instance, number of emails rejected by mods, most active lists, etc. would be quite useful, with a date picker to get stats over a day/week/month/week/custom, etc.

Would this be of interest to anyone else?

Thank you very much for taking the time to look into this. I applied the patch and all seems to be working on my test server so far!
