- Instead, it will be installed in $bindir.

Installing by unprivileged user fails with nonexisting "/bin/true".
Some platforms have only "/usr/bin/true".
sympa_smtpc was installed in "/libexec" directory without prefix.
Did not create required spools and created spools that will be automatically created.
Created spools have world-readable mode (755).
