Fixes #287

This PR fixes generated selectors when using a modifier (e.g. prose-sm):

- .prose-sm :where(.prose > :first-child):not(:where([class~="not-prose"] *)) {
+ .prose-sm :where(.prose-sm > :first-child):not(:where([class~="not-prose"] *)) {
    margin-top: 0;
  }
