On Aug 2019, DlibDotNet uses AVX instruction to improve performance.
AVX is supported form Core Gen2 series.

If you want to use it for legacy CPU machine, please check this nuget pacakge. https://www.nuget.org/packages/DlibDotNet/19.17.0.20190813
