This repository is dedicated to research projects in the Neuromuscular Control and Human Robotics Laboratory.

First project: Voluntary Ankle Response GUI

Folders:

1. ResearchGUI - Contains code necessary to run the visual feedback for the experiment
2. NmchrlDaq - Contains arduino code to load onto Teensy 3.6, documentation, and some previous tests
3. DataAnalysis - Contains MATLAB code to calculate MVC's given sets of raw MVC data, also contains a 2-step data analysis gui code
4. InputSignalDesign - Contains arduino code to load on the NodeMCU and Arduino Due, which together make up the reference signal generator
5. ASUOpenDoorDemo - Contains code for a GUI make specially for ASU Open Door day. It is a target matching game.
