pointfreeco.swift-snapshot-testing stopped generating docs as of pointfreeco/swift-snapshot-testing#861 due to introducing an unstable upper version bound 601.0.0-prerelease

we already allow the lower bound of a version range to be an unstable version, so we should also accept this in the upper bound.
