Normal completion of https://tc39.es/ecma262/#sec-iteratorstep returns either DONE or iterator result object; I've validated this change against test262 coverage.

This proposal has been prepared for Stage 4 and now exists as a PR to ecma262. It looks like the issue you've noticed has already been fixed: https://github.com/tc39/ecma262/pull/3395/files#diff-181371b08d71216599b0acccbaabd03c306da6de142ea6275c2135810999805aR46762-R46763. If you find any other issues, please send the PR to the ecma262 iterator-helpers-integration branch instead.
