The "full list of unit identifiers" link in the readme points to https://unicode.org/repos/cldr/tags/latest/common/validity/unit.xml which is broken.

I filed an upstream issue:

https://unicode-org.atlassian.net/browse/CLDR-13159

I'm not 100% sure what the right link should be, but I'll assume it is supposed to be GitHub and open a PR.
