@computate could you please share more information on the "Task Description" ?

I just create the PR but I am unsure that I follow the better approach, I created the "Dockerfile" to "containerize" the jpegoptim, but talking with @rudolphpienaar on Slack he shared some thoughts to achieve the goal to create an app using cookiecutter. Please let me know if that was the intention of this Issue and where you want to deploy so I can work on that. I will close the PR #19 for now.
