For testcloud, I'll add it there, and once I get to address the feedback at #3036 , these changes would be just Workarounds.add_os('platform:el7', -'those sed commands-', key='el7_eol_repos')

Container part done in #3070 We don't have similar nice way for VM yet

VMs (by the virtual plugin) got addressed by #3036 as testcloud now implicitly applies this on any os having "CentOS Linux 7" in /etc/os-release.
