make debug scripts comply with new /tekton/run

- fix debug scripts (in /tekton/debug/scripts) to write entrypoint completion files to /tekton/run/<step-no.>/out and /tekton/run/<step-no.>/out.err instead of /tekton/run/<step-no.> and /tekton/run/<step-no.>.err.
