repository, with several goals:tt-buda
repo up to the same standard astt-metal
for Open Source projects, as people expect to see a CoC in a project (amongst others, e.g.GOVERNANCE.md

follow the same processes.No worries if y'all have different plans here, it just struck me as a small oversight when development focus shifted to
tt-metal
