Here is a video showing what you need to do. Select repositories by "Grimler (because this is official mirror that haven't changed URLs).

dl.bintray.com repository has gone and will not be available anymore. Use termux-change-repo to pick something else. If you still have issues, then you either picked the invalid repo or changed only main one.
