Any ideas about AppVeyor? Clearing the cache didn't help. |
Fixes broken tests related to `testdouble`. Also runs `standard --fix`. Parent commit of other PRs.
And drop EOL'ed versions of node.

Depends on #60. It works like I had originally expected. The implementation is intentionally not elegant to minimize changes.
