I second this I have the same problem trying to boot big sur with pc |
You'll need to boot with verbose to see where it's hanging. Add "-v" to boot-args. It's more than likely an issue with one of the kexts. |
It freezes so early in the boot, I will not get any verbose info :-(

I hate to be a pain, but there is absolutely nothing I can do to get OpenCore booting my XPS 13 9360. The Clover boot is perfect, and I am typing this from inside Mojave 10.14.6 on that very laptop :-)
Would it at all be possible to get a look at your OpenCore folder? I have tried twice manually setting it up, and twice using the automated OC scripts... but the laptop freezes at Apple logo with 100% fan speed. No progress bar or text :-(
I managed to switch my Coffee Lake desktop to OpenCore without issue, but this little laptop has got the better of me :-/
