Focused on simplicity, keyboard navigation, accessibility, and ease-of-use. Has limited features, but does what it does well.
Might add more, might not.
Add a lift
To begin, add a new lift to your account by inputing the name of the lift, your personal record (PR) for that lift, as lbs
or kgs
, as well as the date you set that PR. The date can be formatted as Today
, Yesterday
, or MM/DD/YYYY
, and rpshr will normalize it for you.
Add a set
To add a workout for the lift, click on the lift you want to update, and input detail as sets
reps
weight
lbs
or kgs
, and the date
of the workout. You can optionally include a short note as well.
The date can be formatted as Today
, Yesterday
, or MM/DD/YYYY
, and rpshr will normalize it for you. If the weight of your workout is higher than the lift's current PR, rpshr will automatically update it for you.
Roadmap
- Allow users to input the weight as a percentage of their PR and automatically calculate it, i.e.
