Version 2 of the Shared Library

This release is the biggest change we've made to the library yet.

Numerous files have been moved to their own separate repos and will be listed in them

New repos are going to use the TheOmenDen.Shared convention, but will have an additional declaration (e.g. TheOmenDen.Shared.Logging ) to describe their intended use case and purpose.

This was important to do to allow for less dependencies overall and to improve our modularity obsession
