Stress tests have shown OS panics showing buffer stream address to be zero even though alloc has succeeded. Add an assert to capture any incoherency in buffer object state as early as possible. Signed-off-by: Kai Vehmanen <kai.vehmanen@linux.intel.com>

I noticed the rimage update triggers #7191 again very easily. Add an assert and see if we get this systematically.
