Upgrade to 4.0.1 issues

Dear All,

I am running into some issues while upgrading from version 3.29 to 4.01
After upgrading I am getting the following error

I can then access the site related to version 4.01

But can't log in

The forgotten password function also gives no response

Tried to put the site into debug mode by editing the file src/Bootstrap.php and setting debug to true.
This also gives no response

Can you help with this issue

Looks like your database upgrade did not finish correct. It's strange that you can't login anymore, that does not make sense. Is it possible to see your database?

Which table do you what to see? I can save the files and provide you the tables
