Always pass `--environment test` to `ember test` command from Rails. Resolve testing issue by adding test coverage. Required [rondale-sc/ember-cli-rails-addon#20][#20] to correct fingerprinting issue. [#20]: rondale-sc/ember-cli-rails-addon#20
