Should we run apt full-upgrade?

By following the updates FAQ I updated tinypilot via the web menu.
But apt full-upgrade says there are many more updates pending:

My question is, should we (experienced Linux users) do that, or do we risk breaking something?
E.g. is that usb_f_hid.ko customized in some way, and by upgrading to the newer raspberrypi-kernel we'll break some functionality?

Yes, you can run full-upgrade. There's little risk of breaking TinyPilot by upgrading the other packages.
