Many people don't notice the favicon and stick to the "do not use" red favicon which is not very pretty. Let's get some Julia colors in there. I've created the favicon that I propose here in Gimp myself and based in on the Julia colors. I'm also using it at https://rikhuijzer.github.io/JuliaTutorialsTemplate/, but that shouldn't be a problem.
