Fixed up package sources - they now all return package handles and immutable unique uris
Added templating - mixing text with cmake code
Installing projects and uninstalling projects now calls the correct hooks - with this complete automation of cmake projects is possible.
fixed alot of bugs and started to write documentation using templates.
