tweak: treat italic as a width offset rather then a factor #506

Italic doesn't really make each character take up more space, but rather adds a fixed width to the whole text independent of text length.

I've checked a bunch of fonts and for all of them the added width was between 0.17 and 0.23 of the text size, so I'd expect 0.2 to work well for everything out there except for maybe some extreme outliers.
