The line-ending backslash only works if there are no non-whitespace characters after it until the end of the line. Escaped whitespace counts as non-whitespace.

This PR copies the tests from https://github.com/iarna/toml-spec-tests along with the commit history.
The expected objects for the valid tests is currently in YAML format used in their original repository rather than the JSON encoding expected for this repository.
