I can't subscribe to event listener with Topos

Hello!
I am trying to add an event listener to my oracle.

contract.on("eventName",callbackAction)

reference
It works fine with Ethereum mainnet and Polygon Mumbai, but once I set the topos testnet URL

I didn't find a lot of resources, but Chainstack had an article talking about this issue.

Hey @yehia67, I tried to reproduce your problem locally with the following, but didn't get any error.
Can you tell me more whether we need the event to fire to get the error? Can you try yourself with this code?

I still have the same issue I pushed your code on github https://github.com/yehia67/topos-event-filter-poc please check maybe it is Etherjs version

@sebastiendan okay, confirmed it works with version ethersjs@5.7.0

We're still using 5.7.0 internally with our apps FYI, and I plan to look at v6's compatibility.
