When I view the theme via Android Chrome it does not fit the screen properly as seen below:

I have Android 5.0.2 and Chrome 56.0.2924.87 but I don't see these problems.

Sorry, missed the details
Chrome 55.0.2883
Android 6.0.0

I did not have this kind of problems with the other mobile friendly websites in this phone.
I will try with some other phones and inform you.
