This PR commit updates the CreatePool.md snippet replacing the Pool Manager with the Pool Creation Wizard information. Updates the PoolCreationWizardCommonSettings.md snippet with images. And adds the CreatePool.md snippet to the CreatePoolWizard.md article.
This commit changes the number of shares available and discussed in the article, changing it from four to three.

This PR commit:
Updates the CreatePool.md snippet replacing the Pool Manager with the Pool Creation Wizard information.

This corrects the Getting Started > Configuration > Setting Up Storage article content and the Scale Tutorials > Storage > Create Pool Wizard content to match with accurate content.
