PD-1039 Update Create Pool Content #2500

This PR commit:

Updates the CreatePool.md snippet replacing the Pool Manager with the Pool Creation Wizard information.

Updates the PoolCreationWizardCommonSettings.md snippet with images.

Adds the CreatePool.md snippet to the CreatePoolWizard.md article.

This corrects the Getting Started > Configuration > Setting Up Storage article content and the Scale Tutorials > Storage > Create Pool Wizard content to match with accurate content.
