This commit updates the screenshot of the Global Target Configuration screen. Updates the UI reference snippet to include the new screenshot and the table with info on this checkbox, caveated as visible for Enterprise-licensed system only. It also updates the AddingiSCSIShares.md to include an optional step for this new checkbox, also caveated as Optional, only Enterprise Licensed systems.
This commit makes minor changes to content and related to style formatting. It removes the draft frontmatter parameter as it is not needed.

This PR updates the ALUA content in the SCALE snippet used in the UI Ref article, and the AddingiSCSIShares.md article for the Global Target Configuration instructions. It also replaces the screenshot. All changes related to ALUA are caveated as for only Enterprise license systems.
