This PR updates the information and screenshots in the Nextcloud turorial to reflect changes in the 24.04 UI. Backport this change to 24.04
This commit updates when to use the Pre v2 Storage Structure option and adds links to other sources on Nextcloud fixes. It updates a few screenshots missed in the first commit.
