Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) for the Trusted Tester Process spreadsheet with automated WCAG 2.0 and disability impact reports
- Google sheets
- Excel - coming soon!
Simply enter your information into the Test results and Cover sheet tabs and the WCAG report and Disability impact score tab’s will be populated. Make sure to hide the TTID-FPC tab before exporting.
The information displayed here is borrowed from Open-ACR and ACRT-master.
This is where you'll record your results from the trusted tester process.
A report will be generated based on your input from the test results tab.
Conformance Level column formula
- First Check - It looks in the 'Test results' sheet to see if the value in column B of the 'WCAG report' sheet (on the same row as the formula) exists. If not, it outputs "-".
- Fail Condition - If there's a match, it then checks if any matched entries have "Fail" in column F of 'Test results'. If any do, it outputs "Fail".
- Other Conditions - If no "Fail", it checks for "Does Not Apply" or "Not Tested" in column F. It outputs these statuses if they are found.
- Final Decision - If none of these conditions are met, it checks if the matched entries in column F are all empty. If so, it returns "-". Otherwise, it returns "Pass".
Standard/Guideline column formula
- Main Action: It tries to create a list of items from column E of the 'Test results' sheet. But not just any items—it's looking for specific ones that meet two criteria.
- Criteria for Selection: The value in column B of the 'Test results' sheet must match the value in cell A3 of the 'WCAG Report' sheet. Also, the corresponding value in column F of the 'Test results' sheet must be "Fail".
- How It Presents the Results: If it finds any items that meet both criteria, it puts them together in a list, separated by ", " (a comma followed by a space).
- Handling Errors: If there's an issue (like no items meet the criteria, or there's an error with the formula's setup), instead of showing an error message, it simply shows an empty text ("").
The disability impact score is calculated based on your input on the Test results tab. The method used to calculate the score is borrowed from ACRT-master.
Risk score column formula
This formula checks two things the tab named 'TTID-FPC':
- Where things match: It looks in column G to find cells that match a specific value mentioned in column D on the same row where you're using this formula.
- Counting "Fails": Among those matches, it counts how many are labeled as "Fail" in column A.
Used for calculations. Do not edit. Hide before exporting
