Describe the bug
When running steampipe plugin, a nil pointer error is thrown:

Codys-MBP:oci cbruno$ steampipe plugin
Error: runtime error: invalid memory address or nil pointer dereference

Steampipe version (steampipe -v)
v0.7.0

To reproduce
Run steampipe plugin

Expected behavior
I'd receive a help message telling me how many arguments I need to pass, and what they are, similar to when running steampipe check
