Replaced with non-implicative composition (half-scato). This is similar to what Cats MTL does. I'm honestly not a huge fan of the public
applicativemember that pollutes everything underneath in the hierarchy, but it does avoid lawlessness issues.Things like
F[_]: Monad: Clockare now reasonable and not a footgun.
