Bump FireMarshal + PK (Pk bumped to fix toolchain bump issues w/ linux)

FireMarshal bumped for small Makefile fix. PK bumped because bumping to a new toolchain called syscall #278 (get random) which caused an error when doing spike pk .... This fixes that error.
