Release Notes
This moves the Docker image from
riscv-boom/riscv-boomto Chipyard and also moves the remote repository into theucbbarDocker-Hub account. This should wait until #448 is complete before being merged (to get the correct Verilator version).This also bumps BOOM to
master(includes bugfixes and docker image removal).
