Release Notes

This PR updates multiple components of Hammer and tool plugins:

  • Hierarchical simulation support for bottom-up flow
  • Decap API
  • Rail Analysis w/ Voltus
  • Improvements to ICC plugin
  • Bugfixes for pin placement, register forcing

The ASAP7 plugin and tutorial have been upgraded:

  • A suite of dummy SRAMs (no physical geometry, only sane LIBs + LEFs) tailored for simple Rocket-based configs
  • Instead of Sha3 w/ blackbox DCO, a TinyRocketConfig is now the default tutorial example
  • Requisite documentation updates
