I don't see any way to make it work in stateless mode.
May be possible if we save some data in database.

And what exactly I should test/review?

@antonkorotkov seems like I have applied that commit later. It was a way to sync the Banner image.

Please test if the avatar/banner image syncing working. Or is there anything more that can be done.

I don't think there is anything left to do than testing.

Ok, will try to setup BuddyPress and test.

Looks like the current state of BuddyPress Compatibility breaks avatars, even not BP avatars.

Going to investigate that.

All avatars work now. Custom user avatars also work and load from GCS.
