Order: Ghost, Plugin, SAORI, Application, Other
Currently this doesn't do anything, unsure how to tweak the CSS to accommodate... but we can find & replace later if need be

Rearrange items on the external SHIORI events list to be by category.
I've arranged them in the order Ghost > Plugin > SAORI > Application > Other
The idea being that the top of the list comes from ukagaka-related sources, and the further down you go the less ukagaka-related the event sources are.
I have not alphabetized the list, this order assumes that items will be added to the bottom of each list as new things are made.
