Recieves information from a customized (here: https://github.com/ulsdevteam/primove-default-view/blob/acfe90782381c45a306892d6fde6653886e2ecc1/01PITT_INST-ULS_1_5/js/custom.js#L270-L302) request link in an 'unavailable' Ex Libris Primo VE record and checks to see if the same resource is avaliable for borrowing via EZ Borrow. If so, the user can submit a form back to the same script to request the book. If not, they are directed to a pre-populated ILLIAD form based on their campus affiliation.
