I was a ex-graduate student of Waseda University, located in Tokyo, Japan. I was studying in the field of bioinformatics and computational science, particularly generative models on RNA sequences and structures.
I am currently working as a Research Assistant at Hamada Lab, Waseda University, participating in the development of a software tool for visualizing and analyzing HT-SELEX data (a high-throughput sequencing method for identifying target-binding RNA sequences), by supporting the design and the implementation of a web-based user interface for RaptGen, a machine learning model tailored for HT-SELEX data analysis.
