Add a Dark Mode for better viewing experience

Many modern OSes and browsers support dark mode, turning the background of the UI black or gray and the words white, to enhance accessibility and ease eye strain. Our website should have the functionality to adjust between light and dark modes according to user system preferences (and a switch to toggle between modes if possible).
