This PR was first based on https://github.com/Kyonru/just-a-review-app and https://github.com/edvinasbartkus/react-native-detox-github-actions but these examples relate to normal React Native apps, not Expo apps.

Alright, apparently macOS is needed to run the emulator.

The most helpful resources in the end were these four:
