This adds a
fast-rngfeature that can be used to generatev4UUIDs much faster thangetrandom(which just falls back to OS APIs).The quality of the random data is no less suitable with
fast-rngthan the fallback. It just requires more dependencies to build, and some users ofuuidare very dependency-averse.
